Q. I have purchased a completed site, how do I get you my content?
A. Once you have purchased a site you can e-mail your content as follows:

• E-mail your files to templates@dcfb.com.
• Provide your name, company name and telephone number where you can be reached during the day.
• For Option 2 and 3: MS Word file or a plain .txt file. Each page shall be no longer than one single sided 8.5 * 11 inch standard letter format using 12 point font single spaced. Heavily formatted tables may require an additional charge.
• Attach you photos to the E-mail at 72 dpi in jpg format approximately 300 by 300 pixels.
• If you require scanning of your photos please send them to DCFB with a return envelope and postage. DCFB is not responsible for damage or lost photos, however we will try to be careful and return you photos unharmed.
• For Option 3: Logos must be submitted in .eps, .jpeg, .ai, or .psd format with all fonts converted to outlines.

Q. Does you price include web hosting?
A. No, DCFB is not an Internet Service Provider, however we can help you get set-up. Click on the link below and you can easily set-up your account with one of the most reliable service providers in the business. You can set up a domain name if you need it, and get a great business package customized for your needs.

Q. Can I choose my own button names?
A. Yes, when you purchase any of the options you can choose unique names for buttons.

Q. Where do I get technical support?
A. E-mail us your technical questions to templates@dcfb.com

Q. Is my company name something that I can later edit?
A. No, once you provide your company name and the name of the buttons to us we will embed it into the graphics of the web template for a professional design look. We can always update these for a small design fee.

Q. Can I change the colors of the web site
A. Prices are set based on the existing templates, however we can give you a quote on modification to any template.

Q. Can I get more pages added
A. Yes, If you send us an E-mail at templates@dcfb.com with your request and we can give you a price quote on adding additional pages.

Q. Can I get a custom web site
A. Yes, we offer a wide range of custom graphic services.

Q. Why are there only a few template choices
A. Our low cost packages are a new offering, we hope to be adding as we go. We are a custom design studio and are offering a limited number of these site to start. We will be adding more in the future.

Q. What type of skills are required for option1
A. Option 1 is really for people who have some moderate experience with an html editing program. We do not recommend this option for the beginner. However if you do have a little experience it is fairly simple to cut and paste your content in to get a professional looking site.
